We are a collective of seasoned international development professionals with decades of multi-sector technical experience spanning USAID, the World Bank, the UN, international organizations, think tanks, the private sector, and community organizations. Our proven track record encompasses designing and managing transformative development and humanitarian strategies, policies, and programs valued at over $5 billion across sectors in different countries. We specialize in U.S. government contracting and foreign assistance management, delivering cutting-edge solutions.

Founders

Motasim Billah | Managing Director

With over 15 years of international development experience supporting more than $ 2 billion in programs, Motasim brings deep expertise in strategy, policy, and program design across sectors. He has led research, monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) initiatives supporting over 100 USAID projects across multiple countries. He designed and managed two multi-million-dollar MEL contracts overseeing USAID’s Bangladesh portfolio. His experience includes leading 30+ evaluations and assessments, 40 monitoring initiatives, and 120 data quality assessments. Motasim has published research on climate-induced migration and contributed to national-level policy framing in Bangladesh. He has worked across economic development, agriculture, environment and climate change, health, nutrition education, humanitarian assistance, and governance in Bangladesh, India, Thailand, Uganda, and the United States. He received USAID’s Project Manager of the Year Award in 2023 and is a Chevening Scholar with a master’s degree from the University of Sussex, UK.

Sayeedul Islam | Director, Partnerships and Resource Mobilization

Sayeedul brings over a decade of experience building partnerships between development organizations and the private sector. At USAID, he led efforts to connect businesses with development initiatives, promoting market-driven solutions and innovative financing. He holds degrees from BUET and the University of Sheffield, with specialized training in SME finance. Passionate about startups and venture capital, he is also a dedicated husband and father.

Ahsan Z Khan | Director, Strategy and Communications

Ahsan has nearly 20 years of experience shaping communications strategies across development organizations. He has worked with USAID, UNICEF, and the IFC, leading media, storytelling, and outreach across South Asia. He holds a master’s degree in Development Studies from BRAC University and a communications degree from Baruch College, New York. He is certified in Creating Brand Value from Harvard Business School and in Wellness Counseling from Cornell.
